If you become convinced that Islam is the right way of life and you have decided to embrace Islam, then kindly follow the appointment process:
- Complete the Online Form: Download and fill out the Shahadah application form. This form is designed to gather essential information about you and your decision to embrace Islam.
- Submit Required Documentation: Along with the form, you will need to provide proof of your identity. Acceptable forms of ID include your original UK photo driving license or passport. Please note that student cards, birth certificates, or utility bills are not accepted.
- Appointment Confirmation: Once we receive your completed form and documentation, our team will process your application. Upon approval, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for your Shahadah appointment.
Documentation Submission: You can submit your ID documentation in person at the mosque, where it will be photocopied and returned to you on the same day. Alternatively, you can email scanned copies of your ID documents to our office. Remember, photocopies of the originals are not accepted.

Important Notes:
- The applicant must provide proof of their original ID (passport or full UK driving licence) and must be 16 years of age or above.
